WHAT TO EAT AND AVOID EATING DURING TEATOX

When you start a teatox plan with Fit Tea, make sure to combine it with a healthy diet and a workout routine in order to maximise results.

Here are some of our suggestions to help you create a healthy eating plan.

Table salt
(sea salt in small quantities is ok)

Fatty animal meats
(chicken breast and fish is ok)

Dairy products
(you can eat plain, unsweetened yogurt)

Processed foods
(canned food, frozen foods, chips, peanut butter, margarine)

Alcoholic beverages
Drinks that contain added sugar (soft drinks, flavoured drinks etc.)

Artificial sweeteners

Grains
(brown rice, quinoa, oats, rye sourdough, wholemeal pasta; avoid bread)

Nuts & seeds
(raw walnuts, cashews, almonds, chia seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds - consume these in moderation)

Vegetables
(broccoli, onions, radish, turnips, dark and leafy greens like kale and bok choy, carrots, beets, sweet potatoes - to be consumed raw or steamed)

Fruits
(apples, pears, lemon, grapefruit, avocados, berries, bananas, watermelon)

BONUS TIPS

  • Portions should be about the size of your palm or fist.
    Eyeballing is key in Fit Tea system. Calorie counting is not necessary.

    high-intensity interval cardio workout.
