Shipping and Returns

Fit Tea prioritizes to ship your order the same day the order is received and processed, as long as the order has been paced and verified before 2:00 PM (EST). Orders submitted on Saturday, Sunday or any Federal Holiday will ship on the next business day.


We would gladly accept your return, if the 3 following conditions are met:

  • The product(s) must be in its original condition, security seal intact, unless there is a manufacturing defect, or product(s) was damaged in transit. (Please Summit Picture)
  • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
  • Returns must be processed within 10 days from the day of receipt.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website.

Refunds can only be process using the same method of payment. We will only refund the total amount paid for the product, shipping and other charges are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.


The shipping cost paid at checkout is not inclusive of any foreign country’s duties and taxes, or any other fees imposed by customs.

Additionally, due to the ever-changing rules and regulations made by each country, we encourage our brand supporters to be informant of your country’s restrictions on any dietary supplements prior to purchasing any of our products.

Fit Tea can ship your order internationally via USPS First Class Service however, due to the constant change in Customs fees for every individual country, we can not guarantee that your country will or will not have customs fees added on to your order. If Customs fees are due at the time of pick up, the customer is responsible for these charges.

Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for shipping delays with international services, we do provide customers with USPS tracking information, however once your package reaches its destination country, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages.
