Losing weight quickly doesn’t mean you have to run out and spend a small fortune on pre-packaged miracle meals, all you really have to do is make a few tweaks to the foods you purchase each week. When you halve the amount of sugar and starches you eat each week, you’ll experience fast weight loss.
Both of these foods not only stimulate insulin production, but they also contribute to fat storage. By decreasing the amount of starches and sugars you consume, you’ll decrease your insulin production and your body will begin to use its fat stores for energy.
