You already know that fad and crash diets aren’t healthy, that when you lose weight, the process should be slow and steady. Not only does the slow weight loss mean you aren’t compromising your overall health, but when weight is lost in a healthy manner, it triggers life style changes that ensure the weight will stay off for a long time to come, instead on being regained after just a few days.

Strictly speaking, you diet will play a larger role in your ability to lose weight in a week than exercising but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t go for long walks or skip your weekly workout.
